Phaseolus vulgaris
A dependable variety which produces a heavy yield of meaty, tender medium sided dark green pods. This bean is very tasty and not stringy in the least. Excellent fresh and freezes well.

Growing Instructions:
Sow direct outdoors in a sunny site after soil has warmed to at least 16°C (60°F). Plant seeds 2.5cm (1in) deep and 7.5cm (3in) apart in rows spaced 60cm (24in) apart. Grows best in light organic soil. To ensure continuous harvest, sow every 10 days until mid-July. Keep evenly watered, particularly when the plants are in flower and when production of the pods start.
