Achillea millefolium ‘Summer Berries’
Description
A good performer in our perennials for picking trial. We loved the soft-coloured and bright plateaux of flowers in the garden and they make some of the best fillers in a bunch or vase. Sear the stem ends in boiling water for 20 seconds and leave them in cool water overnight before arranging. Keep picking hard to keep them flowering, or cut them back as they go over to bloom a second time.
Care Tips
Cut back after first flowering to encourage a second flush in late summer. Divide plants every 3 years to rejuvenate.
