Early Call Morning Glories are lovely garden climbers with heart-shaped leaves and large trumpet-like flowers in a mix of colors. These vines climb on fences, trellises, porches, and arbors.
Caution: Seeds are poisonous if ingested.
2.5g. (Approx. 55-60 seeds)
After all danger of frost, sow in open ground well exposed. Cover with 1/4 inch of soil. To speed germination, nick seeds and soak overnight in warm water. When plants are 4 inches tall, thin. Does not transplant well.
Planting Depth: 1.3 cm (1/2″)
To speed germination, soak seed in warm water overnight before planting. For earlier blooms, start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. Fertilized and/or rich soil produces lush foliage but no blooms.
